This is my last moment before I turn off the lights and walk around our neighborhood in Redondo beach to support Lights OUT LA I am so glad my neighbors told me about it today as we helped them move a sofa. I just went online to see all the info about it...IT's called LIGHTS OUT AMERICA.COM
Today is Saturday and my husband and I pretended we were on vacation. We took a walk along the beach in Redondo we had a cup of tea, We sat in our back yard and threw a yellow tennis ball around for our Dog Sophie. Then we took a test drive in a new mercades but 18 mpg city and 25 mpg didn't do much for me. I have a 96 mercades with 146 K miles. I have an after market gps and I wanted one that I could play cd's and have gps.
I listened to matt ferry music tapes. very cool. (Friday I had a great Buffini coaching call) why so much coaching I dont know. I just need to do some of the things they say. I'll keep you informed. So far my data base, really is a christmas card list for cards never sent and its nearly 400. Buffini says pick 100 and send them a letter then qualify them. I need to to that. but not now...its black out time...
I did an open house in Hermosa Beach ane saw about 9 people,
I made dinner and had the grandkids over to play for a little while.
I already have 160 fluorescent bulbs in the garage. I have started changing lights.
I have 3 burned out ones that I have to take somewhere special...you don't throw these in the trash.
its good to learn and to try to understant what more we can do.
I am going to test drive the prius and some other cars....
